Our Mission Statement
Who are we?
We are a student lead group called the Rainbow Eagle Feather, R. B. Russell’s Gay-Straight Alliance.
What do we do?
Promote a positive school culture by means of education, advocacy and creating safe, inclusive spaces that embrace differences between all peoples.
What do we stand for?
The seven sacred teachings frame our mandate. We stand for: Love, Respect, Courage, Honestly, Wisdom, Humility & Truth.
Why do we do it?
We want to celebrate our individuality while supporting others to feel happy, safe and accepted both at R. B. Russell and in the greater community.
