Opened in 1966, R. B. Russell is a Grade 9 to 12 vocational high school in the Winnipeg School Division. Named for Manitoba labour leader Robert Boyd Russell, our school facilitates an inclusive, relevant, and safe learning environment. R. B. Russell is committed to developing the potential of each student by promoting respect, belonging, and responsibility, and preparing our students for further education.
