This month, we focused on being thankful for who we are, what we have, and what we want for our world. This worked nicely with the thankful turkeys we made that represented some of the things we are most thankful for. We also started our “Read to Me” reading and writing groups that help us become more confident readers and writers. In math, we have been focusing on equality. For example, 11+5=16 is the same as 5+11=16 which is also equal to 8+8=16.
