School Registration Information

All students and parents/guardians are urged to visit our Graduation Requirements page and read through the Collège Churchill High School Handbook when applying!

Catchment School Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be opening February 10th. This pertains to students attending a new school in their catchment area. Students who are remaining at their current school do NOT need to re-register.
Catchment school registration will primarily be online, through a centralized registration page on WSD's website. Online registration will go live February 10th at 9:00 AM at winnipegsd.ca/registration. Paper registration forms will still be available at schools if needed. 

School of Choice applications: for within-division but outside CCHS catchment and outside-division students opens March 3. A child that already attends a School of Choice does not need to re-apply. Applications for School of Choice will be accepted between March 3 and May 15 only.

               Within-Division students: E-mail a K-12 within division application form to schoolsofchoice@wsd1.org no later than May 15. A printed copy can be dropped off at the Superintendent's Office, 1577 Wall Street East no later than May 15. 

               Outside-Division students: E-mail an outside-division application form to schoolsofchoice@wsd1.org no later than May 15. A printed copy can be dropped off at the Superintendent's Office, 1577 Wall Street East no later than May 15. 

All within-division students must apply at their catchment school first before applying for a School of Choice or divisional program. 

Collège Churchill High School Open House: ideally, schools hosting information sessions should only host students from designated feeder schools within the same catchment area, or those interested in attending for specialty programming. Visiting schools outside the catchment area is not encouraged to ensure proper alignment with divisional policies.
