Founded in 1898, Wellington is a Nursery to Grade 6 School in one of Winnipeg’s most diverse inner-city neighbourhoods. People, from a wide variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds, are what make Wellington School special, and we’re proud to serve a community that offers so many opportunities to celebrate our differences and similarities.
Wellington School is an Inner City elementary school from Nursery to Grade Six.
One of the special features of Wellington School it its community of people who come from a wide variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We are please and proud to serve a community which offers so many opportunities to celebrate our difference and similarities.
It serves the neighbourhood within the following boundaries:
- South side of Notre Dame to the North
- East side of Arlington Street to the West
- North side of Sargent Avenue to the South
- West side of Furby Street to the East
