GRAD DINNER AND DANCE
The grad dinner and dance will take place on Friday, June 20th, at the Fairmont Hotel.
Entry for the dinner starts at 6:00 with dinner and speeches to follow. Once those have been wrapped up, the dance portion of the night begins. The dance will go until 1:00 am.
Information regarding transportation forms and tickets will be sent out at the end of April.

Dear Families,
Grad Dinner & Dance tickets will be ready to purchase on the following days in the canteen. Parents do not need to be present to purchase tickets.
TICKETS CAN BE PAID FOR BY CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY (made out to Sisler High School).
- Tuesday June 10th from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. lunch hour.
- Wednesday June 11th 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 lunch hour.
- Wednesday June 11th Evening 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at front entrance.
- Thursday June 12th 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 lunch hour.
- Friday June 13th 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 lunch hour.

D&D TABLE ARRANGEMENTS (Dinner & Dance Table Arrangements)
If you have any dietary restrictions or anyone of your attendees, please check off on the table list and fill out the dietary form below.
Parents, please speak to your graduate to ensure there are no surprises clarify if your student is sitting with you or their friends. Parents attending the dinner (not sitting with their graduate) need to also fill out the form. Please keep in mind that there are 10 ppl per table, if you only fill out a table of 6 we will fill in the additional 4 seats with other attendees.

CONVOCATION
This year's Graduation Convocation ceremony will be taking place on Thursday, June 26th, at the Centennial Concert Hall at 9:00 a.m. Graduates are to arrive no later than 8:00 a.m.
Payment of convocation fees are now accessible online. Each graduate must complete the online form here (https://permission.click/yOKLp/ca). Payment can be submitted online at the completion of the form by credit card or digital wallet (apple pay/Google pay). If paying by cash or cheque, they must be brought to Ms. Clifford in Rm 9. Cheques should be made out to 'Sisler High School' with “grad fees or convocation” on the memo line.
Grad fees are due by April16th 2025.
Grad fees this year are $110 and cover the convocation ceremony, grad gown rental, as well as the cap and tassel that students can keep, professional photo taken as they receive their diploma that is mailed directly to your house, and the grad souvenir. If you have concerns about the cost, please reach out to your child's guidance counselor.
It is now time to reserve your seats for the convocation ceremony!
Based on the capacity of the Concert Hall, each graduate is allotted 4 guest tickets. Graduates do not need a ticket. Tickets are free but must be reserved online (www.centennialconcerthall.com/online/article/sisler).
- From May 26th - June 10th, each graduate can reserve up to 4 guest tickets using a unique one-time code.
- From June 11th - June 25th, any leftover tickets will become available (without a code) so that families can reserve more seats if needed.
The unique one-time code that you must use to reserve up to 4 tickets, is the username of the graduate's WSD email address. For example, if the graduate's email address is jamesd12@live.wsd1.org then the code would be jamesd12, without the @live.wsd1.org. Please only reserve the number of tickets that you will actually be using. Children under 2 can sit on laps and do not need their own seat/ticket.
