Volunteer Program

As a part of the Sargent Park School community, parent volunteers are an integral component to school life. Volunteers are parents, former employees, university students and seniors in the community. Their work is invaluable to the students and staff. Volunteers work with individual and small groups of students and organize special events; motor skill program, speech therapy and academic drill are key programs that are implemented by volunteers, to describe just a few. Volunteers also assist library staff by repairing books, carding and shelving books.
