Queenston School Sheilah Sweatman Gymnasium

On Tuesday, November 24, 2015 a Community Celebration was hosted by the Queenston School Sheilah Sweatman Gymnasium Committee. The evening event began at 6:00 pm with the formal presentations commencing at 6:30 pm. Local restaurants provided a taste of River Heights before formal presentations. Each restaurant gave out samples from their menu for all to enjoy. The Queenston School choir performed, as well as guest speakers including Wynn and Teddi Sweatman, parents of the namesake of the new gymnasium, Sheilah Sweatman. The rest of the evening gave the community and donors a chance to visit other community members and donors, all who made this dream possible.
