Autism Centre

The Autism Center at Montrose School is an amazing room filled with learning and joy! Students come from across our school division to take part in this special program. The students in the center are also a part of other classrooms. Students also take part in swimming, music therapy, pet therapy, visual yoga and outdoor education. 
Classroom teachers will use Seesaw for regular communication between classrooms and homes. The Seesaw app allows teachers and students to post information and pictures that are secure and unique to each student. "Public Service Announcements" and teachers' messages of a more general nature are broadcast to the entire classroom. T Note: Seesaw is available in a variety of languages.
