Hello Machray Community, 

My name is Reynold Fast, and I am the grade 6 teacher at Machray.  

Together, we are working hard to build classroom community to ensure that every student can learn and grow in a safe and respectful environment.  

This year I am excited to include a lot of hands-on learning that incorporates Math, Literacy, Social Studies and Science.  My goal is to have these projects benefit not only the students in the classroom, but can also be shared with the school and even in the community.  We are looking forward to sharing our learning with everyone.

Destination Imagination 

Destination Imagination is the newest club to be part of the Machray Community.  Students who join Destination Imagination will be given a Scientific Challenge where not only will they have to successfully solve the challenge, but also create a mini-Drama that tells the story of the Scientific Challenge.  The Club will wrap up in March where the students will compete against other schools, showcasing their challenges.
