Principal Sparling School Announcements

Welcome back Principal Sparling Families,

We hope you had a relaxing summer holiday.

Next week we are back to start a brand new and eventful school year.  Here are some items we would like you to know in preparation for next week:

1. Teacher and Classroom:  This week, hopefully by Thursday, August 28, 2025.  We will reach out to let you know which teacher and classroom your child is in.  Thank you for your patience. 
2. School Supplies:  This year we are requesting families to pay a one-time $40 school fee to cover school supply costs.  Payable during our school barbecue or anytime during the first few weeks of school.
3. Please provide your child with:
   1. Indoor running shoes
   2. Recommended for Nursery to Grade 2 students, or if needed.  Change of clothes in a large Ziploc bag with name (Underwear, pants, T-Shirt, socks).
   3. Back Pack 
   4. Lunch Kit - If staying for lunch program.
   5. Headphones in a Ziploc bag with name.
4. Welcome Back Barbecue!  You are invited to join us for our annual "Welcome Back Barbecue" on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 @ 3:00 - 5:00pm.  Families are welcome to see the school and their child's classroom and their teachers.  We officially start the school year on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 @ 9:00am.
