As part of our commitment to fostering community engagement, Winnipeg School Division welcomes applications from not-for-profit groups and organizations seeking to use our school spaces after hours, provided it does not interfere with regular school programming.

When will I hear if my permit request has been approved?
Due to the volume of requests, the permit team requires a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice to process your application.
How do you determine if a permit is granted?
WSD facilities are rented on a first-come-first-served basis, considering the needs of the group and the principal's authority to use the space.
What if I have a special accessibility request for my group?
